摘要
人类白细胞抗原(HLA)G能表达于人类胚胎滋养层细胞,并参与妊娠期免疫调控。HLA-G可通过调节细胞因子释放来诱导免疫耐受性的产生,调控滋养层细胞的侵入能力并且促使子宫螺旋动脉血管的重塑,促进胚胎成功着床和维持妊娠。HLA-G在人类卵母细胞及早期胚胎2细胞至囊胚阶段均有表达,并与胚胎分化程度相关;分泌可溶性HLA-G的胚胎在体外受精-胚胎移植中的临床妊娠率和种植率较高,胚胎培养上清液中可检测到HLA-G,含量受检测方法、灵敏度等因素影响;HLA-G结合形态学评分可更好地预测胚胎发育潜能,有望成为胚胎质量评估的可靠生化指标。
Human leukocyte antigen(HLA)-G can express in human embryonic trophoblast cells and participate in the pregnancy immunization.HLA-G regulates the immune tolerance through stimulating cytokines release and trophoblast cell invasion ability,which can promote the remodeling of the arterial vessels,embryo implantation and pregnancy maintenance.The expression of HLA-G is detected in human oocyte and early embryo cell to blastocyst stage;it' s usually thought to be connected with embryonic differentiation degree.There are reports that the early cleave stage embryos,which could secrete soluble HLA-G,usually have a higher clinical pregnancy and implantation rate.HLA-G can be detected in embryo culture supernatant,but is often limited by detection method and reagent sensitivity.Generally,the HLA-G detection combined with morphological method can realize better prediction of the embryonic development potential,and it is expected to become a reliable biochemical indicator of embryo quality assessment.
