摘要
目的探讨卵裂期胚胎可溶性人类白细胞抗原G(sHLA-G)与胚胎种植的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测移植后卵裂期胚胎(体外培养2天和3天)培养液中sHLA-G浓度。结果①3天胚胎培养液中sHLA-G表达阳性率为43.3%(26/60),其中妊娠组69.2%(18/26)未妊娠组23.5%(8/34);两者相比,差异有显著性(P<0.001)。②3天胚胎培养液中平均sHLA-G浓度,妊娠组2.16±0.98U/ml,未妊娠组1.50±0.91U/ml;两者相比,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。③平均sHLA-G浓度,2天胚胎为1.53±0.90U/ml,3天胚胎为1.78±0.94U/ml;两者比较,P>0.05,差异无显著性。结论卵裂期胚胎sHLA-G的表达及表达量与胚胎种植有关,可作为妊娠预测指标。
Objective To study the relationship between soluble human leukocyte antigen G (sHLA-G) of cleavage stage embryo and embryo implantation Methods sHLA-G levels in each cleavage stage embryo(d2 and d3)culture medium after transplantation were measured by ELISA method. Results ①The positive rate of sHLA-G expression in d3 embryo culture medium was 43.3% (26/60),that in pregnant group was 69.2% (18/26) ,that in non-pregnant group was 23.5% (8/34).There are significant difference between them. ( P 〈 0.001 ). ②The average sHLA-G levels in d3 embryo culture medium, that in pregnant group was 2.16 ± 0.98 U/m1, and that in non-pregnant group was 1.5 ± 0.91 U/ml. There are significant difference between them( P 〈 0.01 ). ③ The average sI-ILA-G levels that in d2 embryos was1.53 ± 0.90 U/ml,that in d3 embryos was 1.78 ± 0.94 U/ml.There are non-significant difference between them( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The expression of sHLA-G of cleavage stage embryo is related with the embryo implantation, sHLA-G can be used as a predictor of pregnant.
