摘要
胚胎干细胞的研发需要人类胚胎作为原材料,因而国际上对该技术存在较大的争议;当慎重对待胚胎干细胞在研发中的伦理问题,尊重人的尊严,以确保技术研发在规范内良性运行。本文着重分析胚胎干细胞研发的法律问题,以提出切实可行的建议。
The research and development of embryonic stem cells requires human embryos as raw materials.Therefore,there is much controversy about it in the world.And we should take the ethical issues of embryonic stem cell research and development seriously and respect human dignity so as to ensure its sound operation within the norms.This paper focuses on in-depth analysis of the legal issues of embryonic stem cell research and development in order to put forward practical suggestions.
