摘要
科技创新人才聚集在国家乃至地区的经济社会发展中起着越来越重要的作用,已经成为高新产业的重要推动力量。通过构建人才集聚效应及高新产业发展水平的协同度模型,以武汉市作为实证分析得出武汉市当前科技创新人才聚集效应与高新产业发展尚未进入成熟的协同状态,仍处在初步阶段。基于二者协同度的实证数据提出针对性地提升二者协同度的对策与建议。
The aggregation of science and technology innovation talents plays an increasingly important role in a national and regional social economy development which has become the vital motivation power of new-style industry.Through the compatibility measurement of the talents aggregation effect in Wuhan and the development level of high-tech industry in recent years,the relation between the science and technology talents aggregation and high-tech industry development has been concluded,moreover some suggestions for improvement have been put forward based on the basis of current situation of compatibility.
