摘要
知识螺旋模型自提出以来引起了众多学者的关注,相关研究成果不少,但大部分研究都有实用性不强的特点,且从人才聚集角度进行研究的成果较少。通过研究知识螺旋过程和人才聚集效应的相互作用,提出人才聚集效应下的知识螺旋过程模型,并采用系统动力学的方法对上海市人才聚集效应的实际数据进行实证研究。具有一定的理论意义和应用价值。
Since knowledge spiral model was proposed, it has attracted the attention of many scholars, and many related researches has been done. But most of the researches are not practical enough, and less researches are carried out from the perspective of talent aggregation. By means of doing a research on the interaction between the knowledge spiral process and talent aggregation effect, this article proposes the model of knowledge spiral under the talent aggregation effect. By using the method of SD, this article also carries out an empirical research on the talent aggregation effect of ShangHai. All of these researches show some theoretical significance and application.
