摘要
目的:探讨城乡中年夫妻的婚姻质量与其心理健康水平的相关性。方法:选择2015年1月至2017年1月前来宜宾市第二人民医院进行婚姻心理咨询的200例(100对)城乡中年夫妻的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:城市中年夫妻、丈夫、妻子的Locke-Wallace评分均显著高于农村,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);躯体化、强迫、人际、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性、其他评分及SCL-90总分均显著低于农村,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。城乡中年夫妻的婚姻质量与心理健康水平显著相关(P<0.05);城市夫妻的婚姻质量与心理健康水平显著相关(P<0.05),但城市丈夫、妻子的婚姻质量与心理健康水平均无相关性(P>0.05);农村夫妻、丈夫的婚姻质量与心理健康水平均显著相关(P<0.05),但农村妻子的婚姻质量与心理健康水平无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:城乡中年夫妻的婚姻质量与心理健康水平显著相关。
Objective： To investigate the relationship between marital quality and mental health of middleaged couples in urban and rural areas. Methods： The clinical data of 200 middle-aged persons（ 100 couples） in urban and rural areas in our province from January 2015 to January 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. Results：The Locke-Wallace scores of middle-aged couples,husband,wife in urban area were significantly higher（ P〈0. 05）,while the somatization,compulsion,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobia,paranoia,psychosis,other scores and SCL-90 score were significantly lower than those in rural area（ P〈0. 05）. The marital quality and mental health of middle-aged couples in urban and rural areas were significantly related（ P〈0. 05）; the marital quality and mental health level of urban couples were significantly related（ P〈0. 05）,but the marital quality and mental health level of urban husband and wife were not related（ P〉0. 05）. The marital quality and mental health level of rural couples and husband were significantly related（ P〈0. 05）,but the marital quality and mental health level of rural wife was not related（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusions： The marital quality and mental health of middle-aged couples in urban and rural areas are significantly related.
