摘要
1991～1992年对全国22市8069名少女的月经初潮年龄及性心理行为的调查结果表明；初潮平均年龄以重庆市最早（12．51岁），以拉萨市最晚（13．72岁），各市之间有一定的差异；与以往同类资料对比，初潮年龄明星提前（最多提前20．5个月／10年）；手淫及性冲动率，早恋及渴望与异性交往现象，经济特区一般多于大、中小城市；高中少女普遍多于初中；对性知识的需求．特区少女最迫切（占92．3％），以青春期卫生知识居首位（69．7％～78．1％）：性必理行为与其性发育成熟程度有一定关联；手淫率及渴望与异性交往回答率均与月经来潮呈显著正相关．
In order to make a practical educational plan based on the menarche age and psychosexual behavior of girls, an investigation was conducted in 8069 girls aged 12~18 years from 1991~1992 in 2 special economiczones (Shenzhen and Zhuhai). 12 bigger cities (Chongqing. Xi'an. Guiyang. Wuhan. Tianjin. Hefei, Jinan.Fuzhou, Nanlin. Nanchang. Kunming. and Lasa). and 8 middle or smaller cities (Zhanjiang. Chifeng. Xiangtan. XuzhoU. Puyang. Shuangcheng, Enshi and Qindao). The results showed that the mean menarche age varied from 12. 51 (Chongqing) to 13. 72 years (Lasa. a city of the Xizang (Tibert) Autonomous Region). compared with the data in the past, the present data revealed that the mean menarche age had been significantlyadvanced. maximally up to 20. 5 months per decade, The percentage of masturbators. the girls of sexual impulse and early heterosexuality was 16. 4~ 20. 8%. 20. 2~29. 4 % and 25. 0~ 25. 3 % in the special economiczones. 5. 8~9. 4%. 10. 1~16- 8% and 15. 7~ 19. 4% in the bigger cities. and 11. 6~ 18. 0%. 14. 6~ 22. 8%and 13. 8~ 15. 4% in the middle or smaller cities, respectively. It is suggested that the percentage of masturbators. girls of sexual impulse and carly heterosexuality. girls eager for associating with boys is higher in thespecial economic zones and in senior middle schools than in other areas and in junior middle schools. Thegirls who were eager for sex education amounted to 92. 31 % in the special economic zones. 79. 30% in middleor smaller cities. and 78. 31% in the bigger cities. the girls over 15 years were more eager for sex knowledge.They were most eager for the knowledge of puberty development and health. they also hoped to obtain thephysiological and pathological knowledge of menarche as well as the structure of sex organ and health care.The psychosexual behavior was related a little to sexual maaturation. meanwhile. menarche was positivelycorrelated to masturbation and aspirations of associating with boys. Therefore, health education. especiallysex education. must be emphasized at schools. in families and society.
