摘要 葡萄糖转运体1(GLUT1)广泛存在于人体细胞表面,介导葡萄糖等己糖的转运。肿瘤细胞由于"沃伯格效应"在细胞表面高表达GLUT1转运体,利用该特点,已有研究将葡萄糖和诊断试剂、药物结合,制备葡萄糖类似物或葡萄糖缀合物,实现对肿瘤细胞的靶向诊断和治疗。本文对近年利用GLUT1实现靶向,特别是肿瘤靶向的研究文献进行综述,对GLUT 1靶向药物的进一步开发、设计提供参考。 Glucose transporter 1(GLUT 1) is widely distributed on the surface of human cells, and mediates the transport of glucose and other hexose. Because of the Warburg effect with overexpressing GLUT 1 in tumor, GLUT 1 is regarded as an antitumor target. Glucalogues and glycoconjugates are applied to tumor targeting therapy and diagnosis. This review summarizes the researches of glucalogues as diagnostic reagents and anticancer drugs conjugated with glucose or its analogues for cancer targeting.
