摘要
本文介绍一种简单、灵敏和特异的庆大霉素淬灭荧光免疫分析法,标准曲线范围0～12μg/ml,批内平均误差CV%为7.52±2.24,批间平均CV%为9.83±2.93,平均回收率为99.33±5.01%,与荧光偏振免疫法比较具有良好的相关性(r=0.9755)。
A simple,practical and specific quenching fluoroimmunoassay,applied to the m-easurement of serum gentamicin, is reported.The standard curve covered a rangeof 0～12μg/ml. The average within-run and between-run precision(CV%)were 7.52±2.24 and 9.83±2.39, respectively. The average recovery was 99.33±5.01%. The qu-enching fluoroimmunoassay was compared with FPIA. The correlation coefficient(r)was 0.9755. This assay only needed very little serum (2μl) and could be perfo-rmed in a spectrophotofluorimeter.
