摘要
综述了氨基糖苷类抗生素的体内分析方法 .主要有 :生物学分析法 ;薄层色谱法 ;高效液相色谱法 ;差示脉冲极谱及各种免疫法 ,如酶免疫法 ,荧光偏振免疫法 ,胶乳凝集抑制速率比浊法等 .
The determination of aminoglycoside antibiotics in the biological fluid has been reviewed.The methods mainly included bioassay,thin layer chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and a variety of immunoassay(IA),for example,enzyme immunoassay,fluorescence polarization immunoassay,quenching fluorescence immunoassay,chemiluminescent immunoassay,etc.,in which HPLC and IA were used more often.
