摘要
小学全科教师是为了补充农村尤其是乡村教师队伍而采取的教师培养模式。文章以培养目标定位为逻辑起点:服务农村、综合培养、引领卓越;以专业素养养成为价值追求:以立德树人为前提、以全面发展为根本、以实践能力为重点、以专业发展为基础、以终身学习为宗旨;以课程体系建设为特色体现:通识能力——公共基础课程、学科能力——学科教育课程、专业能力——教师专业课程、实践能力——教育实践课程。旨在积极探索小学全科教师的培养路径,为农村地区尤其是乡村小学培养更多合格的师资,促进农村义务教育快速发展。
All-subject teacher education is a mode of teacher education adopted to solve the problems of insufficiency of teaching staff in rural areas in general and in villages in particular.This paper firstly defines the goals of teacher cultivation as serving for rural areas,cultivating teachers comprehensively and aiming at cultivating outstanding teachers.It also regards professional quality cultivation as value pursuits,which includes taking morality education as the priority,integrated development as the fundamentals,and practical abilities as the center,professional development as the base,and lifelong education as the goal.In addition,it highlights the curricular system construction as its unique feature,which is consisted of the following modules basic courses for cultivating general ability,subject courses for specialty,teacher education courses for expertise,educational practice courses for practical ability.The purpose of this paper is to explore the routes of cultivating tall-subject teachers for primary schools,and cultivating more qualified teachers for rural areas,so as to promote rapid development of compulsory education in rural areas.
