To build effective classroom teaching though explicitly knowing teaching objectives under the guidance of the shared vision, implementation of teaching behavior in the awareness of consultation and cooperation, the establishment of effective classroom management system, the use of a variety of scientific the classroom evaluation system and open up a variety of classroom resources.
