On the Characteristics of Primary Education and Its Teachers' Training

摘要 小学教育的特性决定了小学教师培养有特定的方式和要求。在专业化视野中,小学教师的培养必须正确处理好按需培养与提高质量、学科专业与教育专业、综合培养与有所侧重、全面发展与学有所长、市场机制与宏观调控的关系,不断提高小学教师的培养质量和水平。 The professionalzation is a trend of teacher education in the world. It is decided by the characteristics of the primary education that the development of the primary school teachers should have its own specific methods and requirements. To research the characteristics of the primary education and to explore the development strategies of the primary teachers in professional perspective, we must correctly handle the relations between training on demand and quality improving, comprehensive training and focused training, all-around development and focused development, market mechanism and macrocontrol, and continuously improve the quality of the primary teachers training.
