摘要
耳鸣为肾虚证,以虚为主,又兼夹实邪,多脏同患致病。阮士怡教授治耳鸣不局限于肾虚,既注重肾、肝、心三脏精血亏虚之本虚,同时辨证不忘胆火、痰热、瘀血等之标实,标本兼顾,心、肾、肝、胆脏腑同调,多以滋补心、肝、肾之阴治本,兼顾清热化痰逐瘀治标,辨证施治、多脏同调,临床多获佳效。
Tinnitus belongs to kidney deficiency syndrome. Deficiency is the main factor,with excessive pathogen. Multiple visceral diseases lead to tinnitus. Professor RUAN Shiyi treating tinnitus is not limited to dealing with kidney deficiency. Deficiency in origin of essence and blood deficiency of kidney,liver and heart is emphasized.Meanwhile,excess in superficiality of gallbladder fire,phlegm-heat and blood stasis is considered in syndrome differentiation. Origin and superficiality are both taken into account. Heart,kidney,liver and gallbladder are all regulated. Prof. RUAN mainly nourishes Yin of heart,liver and kidney to treat the origin,with clearing heat,dissipating phlegm and eliminating blood stasis to treat the superficiality. Prof. RUAN treats tinnitus by syndrome differentiation and regulating multiple viscera,and attains good clinical effect.
