摘要
目的:评价豁痰祛瘀法联合针刺治疗耳鸣的疗效和安全性。方法:将60例耳鸣患者随机分为药针组和对照组各30例,药针组采用豁痰祛瘀法联合针刺治疗,对照组以耳聋左慈丸治疗,疗程均为30天。结果:意向性分析(ITT)结果显示两组总有效率分别为86.67%和50.00%,方案数据分析(PP)结果显示两组总有效率各为86.67%和48.28%,疗效差异有临床和统计学意义(P<0.05),ITT分析与PP分析结果一致。临床观察中未发现药针组明显毒副作用和不良反应。结论:豁痰祛瘀法联合针刺治疗耳鸣安全有效,值得推广应用。
Objective ： To evaluate its effectiveness and safety of treating tinnitus with notch phlegm removing extravasted blood adding acupuncture. Method：60 tinnitus patients were randomly divided into two groups, one was prescription and acupuncture group which adopted notch phlegm removing extravasted blood adding acupuncture; the other was control group which taking deafness left kind pill, two groups＇ period of treatment were 30 days. Result ： Image analysis （ ITT ） showed effective rate of two groups were 86.67% and 50.00% respectively, per protocol analysis （ PP ） showed effective rate of two groups were 86.67% and 48.28% respectively, which had clinical and statistical difference （P〈0.05）, ITF and PP was identical.There was no adverse effect observed. Conclusion：It was safe and effective to treat tinnitus with notch phlegm removing extravasted blood adding acupuncture.
