摘要
耳与肝在脏腑、经络以及脏窍络属上均有着紧密联系。多数耳鸣患者都存在一定程度的焦虑抑郁情绪,而肝藏血,主疏泄,调畅情志,对耳鸣发病有着重要影响。肝气郁结、肝火上炎、肝血不足、肝阴亏虚等肝的病理变化可引起耳鸣发生,本文基于肝的生理病理特点出发从肝辨治耳鸣,在调畅肝的生理功能同时对耳鸣及其伴随的精神情绪障碍进行整体康复,在改善病人生活质量同时弱化耳鸣对病人的影响,为临床诊治耳鸣提供多元化的选择。
There is a close relationship between ear and liver in Zang-fu organs,meridians and Zang-Qiao collaterals.Most patients with tinnitus have a certain degree of anxiety and depression,and the liver storing blod,mainly catharsis,regulating emotion,has an impohtant impact on the pathogenesis of tinnitus.Liver pathological changes such as stagnation of liver qi,inflammation of liver fire,deficiency of liver blood and deficiency of liver yin can cause tinnitus.Based on the physiological and pathological characteristics of the liver,tinnitus is treated based on the physiological and pathological characteristics of the liver.While regulating the physiological function of the liver,the overall rehabilitation of tinnitus and its accompanying mental and emotional disorders can improve the quality of life of patients and weaken the influence of tinnitus on patients,so as to provide diversified choices for clinical diagnosis and treatment of tinnitus.
