摘要
目的通过对比研究,分析并探讨患有老年心力衰竭的患者血清中同型半胱氨酸及胱抑素C物质含量水平的意义。方法选取2015年2月~2017年3月间于本院进行治疗的老年心力衰竭患者150例,其中按照心功能分级,心功能Ⅱ级患者有62例,心功能Ⅲ级的患者有53例,心功能Ⅳ级的患者有35例。此外,还收集同期60例健康体检者的相关数据作为对照组。测定该研究中210名研究对象的同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、胱抑素C和血脂水平等行管指标,同时记录患者心脏彩超等相关指标。结果对研究所得结果进行统计和分析,结果显示,对照组患者与不同心功能级别的患者之间,存在Hcy、胱抑素C和心脏彩超指标上比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且Hcy、胱抑素C水平这两项指标与心功能分级间呈现正相关关系,且相关性均显著(P<0.05)。结论老年心力衰竭病症的严重程度与胱抑素C、Hcy以及血脂水平密切相关,因此可以通过对患者体内Hcy和胱抑素C水平的检测结果来判断老年心力衰竭症状的严重程度。
Objective Through the comparative study,we analyzed and discussed the significance of serum homocysteine and cystatin C in eldly patients with heart failure.Methods A total of 150 elderly patients with heart failure treated in our hospital from February 2015 to March 2017 were selected.The study selected 150 CHF eldly patientions,including 62 caes of NYHA II,53 caes of NYHA III,35 caes of NYHA IV,and 60 healthy persons(nomal control group)in the same period entred the study.In this study,210 patients were studied with homocysteine(Hcy),cystatin C and serum lipids and other indicators of management,and patients with cardiac ultrasonography and other related indicators.Results The results of the study statistics and analysis.The results showed that there was a significant difference(P<0.05)between Hcy,cystatin C and cardiac color Doppler echocardiography in control subjects and patients with different cardiac function levels.There was a positive correlation between Hcy and Cystatin C levels and heart function grading(P<0.05).Conclusion The severity of heart failure in elderly patients is closely related to cystatin C,Hcy,and lipid levels.Therefore,the severity of symptoms of heart failure can be assessed by measuring the level of Hcy and cystatin C in patients.
