摘要
目的 :了解美沙酮维持治疗患者的冲动性人格特点及其影响因素,探讨冲动性与高危行为及违法行为之间的关系,为有效控制药物依赖者不良行为及违法行为提供帮助,并为美沙酮门诊开展针对性的干预措施,减少复吸行为的发生提供借鉴。方法:采用Barratt冲动量表(Barratt Impulsivity Scale,BIS-11)及自制的一般情况调查表和高危性行为评估问卷对昆明市美沙酮门诊中的160例美沙酮治疗患者进行问卷调查。结果:性别与冲动量表评分无相关性(p>0.05),使用安全套的频率与冲动量表评分呈负相关;工作情况、违法次数、注射频率、滥用次数、渴求程度与冲动量表评分呈正相关;毒品总量与冲动量表评分无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:冲动性是美沙酮维持治疗患者的一个重要人格因素,其冲动性尚不能证实有性别差异;违法次数、注射频率越高、安全套使用频率越低,冲动性越高,毒品滥用越严重,冲动性也越高,其中注射频率与违法次数对冲动性的影响更大。
Objective：To understand the impulsive personality characteristics and its influencing factors of Patients with methadone maintenance treatment. To discuss the relationship of Impulsiveness with high-risk behavior and illegal behavior. And provide help to control effectively bad behavior and illegal behavior of drug dependence,and Provide reference to methadone clinics carry out targeted interventions that reduce relapse behavior. Methods：Using Barratt impulse Scale（Barratt Impulsivity Scale,the BIS-11）,self-made general questionnaire and high-risk behavior evaluation questionnaire did a survey by questionnaire to 160 patients with methadone maintenance treatment in Kunming methadone clinics. Results：There was no correlation between Gender and impulse rating scale（p〉0.05）.There was negative correlation between the frequency of using condoms with impulse rating scale. There was Positive correlation between working condition,the number of illegal,the injection frequency,abused and degree of desire with impulse rating scale,but there was no correlation between total amount of drug with impulse rating scale（P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Impulse is an important personality factor of patients with methadone maintenance treatment,and the impulse can not confirm that there are gender differences. The number of illegal and injection frequency are higher,the frequency of using condoms are lower and the drug abuse is more serious,impulse is higher. The injection frequency and the number of illegal are more influence on impulse.
