摘要
旨在探讨毒品依赖人员的应对方式与人格特质的特点,及二者的相关因素的关系探究.以便找到科学应对毒瘾的策略.对西北地区180名,年龄在20～50岁之间的戒毒所的毒品依赖人员进行了测查研究.本研究采用了肖计划的应对方式量表和卡特尔16种人格特征问卷(16PF)进行测查.结果显示毒品依赖人员的应对方式为:"自责"、"幻想"、"退避"和"合理化".人格特质表现为高"怀疑性"、"世故性"、"紧张性"、高"焦虑因素"和低"聪慧性"、"稳定性"、"恃强性"、低"敏感性"、"幻想性"、"实验性"、"独立性"和低"果断"、低"心理健康"水平、低"创造因素"、低"新环境成长"能力等.毒品依赖人员的消极应付方式和其不良个性特质呈正相关.其中毒品依赖人员经常采用的应付方式"自责"和个性特质"实验性"、"紧张性"与"焦虑"之间呈正相关;个性特质"恃强性"、"兴奋性"与"内外向"、"心理健康"之间呈负相关.应对方式"退避"和个性特质"紧张性"、"适应焦虑"之间呈正相关;个性特质"恃强性"、"有恒性"与"感情机警"、"心理健康"之间呈负相关.毒品依赖人员心理的应对方式与文化程度之间的具有很高的相关性.毒品依赖人员人格病态化并常常使用消极应对方式.二者具有相关关系.
This study addresses drug addicts＇ response approaches, personality traits, and the association of the correlative factors in an effort to find out scientific means of handling drug ad- diction. 180 drug addicts aged between 20 and 50 in rehabilitation centers in Northwest China are investigated. The study adopts proaches of drug addicts＇ beha WCRS of Shaw Plan and 16 PF questionnaires. The response ap- viors feature ＂remorse＂, ＂delusion＂, ＂retreat＂ and ＂rationaliza- tion＂ and those of the personality traits are ＂suspicion＂, ＂sophistication＂, ＂tension＂, high ＂anxiety＂, low ＂intelligence＂, ＂stableness＂, ＂aggressiveness＂, low ＂sensitivity＂, ＂delusion＂, ＂experiment＂, ＂independence＂, low ＂decisiveness＂, low ＂mental health＂ level, low ＂creativi- ty＂, low ＂new environmental growth＂. The relationship between their passive response approa- ches and their negative personality traits is correlative. The relationships of the frequent ＂re- morse＂ and ＂experiment＂ and of the ＂retreat＂ and ＂tension＂ are of positive correlation, whereas the personalities such as ＂aggressiveness＂ and ＂excitability＂ show a negative correlation with ＂introversion and extroversion＂ and ＂mental health＂. There is a positive correlation between the approaches of ＂retreat＂ and ＂tension＂ and personalities of ＂adaptation anxiety＂. Such personali- ties as ＂aggressiveness＂ and ＂persistence＂ show a negative correlation with ＂emotional alert- ness＂ and ＂mental health＂. The drug addicts＇ psychological response approaches have a high correlation with their educational background. There is also a correlation between the drug ad- dicts＇ pathological personality traits and their negative response approaches.
