摘要
综述应用微生物技术生产弹性蛋白酶的研究概况,并结合作者的工作展望了以发酵法取代脏器提取法生产该药用酶的可行性和优越性。
A brief survey of the microbial elastase including some resultson this aspect by authors have been reported.The possibility and advantage of production of medicinal elastase by fermentation instead of extraction from pan-creas have been anticipated.
