摘要
本文阐述了微生物发酵生产纤溶酶的研究背景,并对几种主要的纤溶酶的来源及理化特征和作用机理进行分析和总结,为寻找新型的、相对廉价有效的溶栓药物提供了依据。
This paper describes the background of the study of microbial fermentation production of plasminogen, analyzing and summa- rizing several major sources of plasmin and their physical and chemical characteristics and the role of the mechanism, providing the ba- sis for finding a kind of new, relatively cheap and effective thrombolytic drugs.
