摘要
为解决因离散制造业数字车间生产过程中信息多源复杂,导致实时信息易出现滞后严重、出错,信息重用和共享困难等问题。首先,分析了离散车间制造过程信息的信息因素;其次,论述了本体多个层次的关系、结构及本体模型的数学描述,构建了面向制造过程信息的本体体系结构,将可拓基元理论与本体相结合对制造过程多源信息进行知识化表示;最后,采用Protégé来说明制造过程信息本体模型的构建与表达过程,提出了多张表法的制造信息本体库存储方法,并对制造信息关系数据库进行了建模,以此更加准确表达多源信息间的内部联系。该方法可解决实时制造过程多源信息间信息的复杂、共享、重用等问题。
To solve the problem that was caused by the multi-source and complicated information of the digital workshop production process in the discrete manufacturing industry,the problems such as real-time information prone to lag serious, error, information re use and sharing difficulties. Firstly, the information factors of the manufacturing process information of the discrete shop are analyzed. Secondly, it discusses the relationship between the structure of the ontology, the structure and the mathematical description of the ontology model, and constructs the ontology architecture for the manufacturing process information,and the knowledge base of the manufaeturing process is described by combining the extension primitive theory with the ontology. Finally, using Protege to illustrate the manufacturing process information ontology model of the establishment and expression process, A method of manufacturing information ontology storage of multiple tables is proposed, and a database of manufacturing information relations is modeled,so as to express the internal relationship between multi- source information more accurately. This method can solve the problem of complex, shared, reuse and cooperative sensing of real-time multi-source information.
