摘要
针对传统作业指导文件编制时间长、指导信息不完整的缺点,提出了构建作业指导本体模型实现作业指导书自组织的方法。通过对车间制造作业指导需求的分析,建立了作业指导系统总体架构,运用Protégé本体建模软件构建了本体模型,并通过与工艺、制造资源等数据的映射完成作业指导书的快速自组织。通过应用实例验证了此方法的有效性和可行性。
Because the traditional work instruction costs much time and its guidance information is not complete,this paper puts forward the method of constructing work instruction ontology model to realize the self organization.Through the analysis of the demand for the workshop manufacturing,it also establishes the overall architecture of the work instruction system,uses Protege ontology modeling software to build the ontology model,and then mapping with the process data,the manufacturing resources data and so on,completes the operation instruction rapid self-organization.The effectiveness and feasibility of this method are verified by the case study.
