摘要
制造执行系统(Manufacturing Execution Systems,MES)是制造(生产)过程的计算机在线管理系统,处于制造企业计划层与控制层之间的执行层,是企业资源计划系统和设备控制系统之间的桥梁和纽带,是制造企业实现敏捷化和全局优化的关键系统。综述了制造执行系统MES的产生与发展过程,以及MES的功能模型,给出了协同的MES功能模型和实现综合生产指标优化的流程工业MES功能模型,分析了MES的应用现状,提出了MES的发展趋势和实现管理扁平化和综合生产指标优化的流程工业MES所需要的关键技术。
Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is an online manufacture/production process management system. It exists in execution layer between plan layer and control layer of manufacture enterprise. It is the bridge and ligament between the Enterprise Resource Planning and Device Control System, and the key system for enterprise realizing agility and global optimization. In this paper, the generation and development of MES and the function models are summarized, and the function models of collaborative MES and process industry MES for the optimization of global production indices are presented, and the current situation of MES applications is surveyed. In the end, the development tendency of MES and key technology of process industry MES with thin layered management structure and global production indices optimization are proposed.
