摘要
介绍了海上油田结垢的危害和结垢类型;结合现场经验,针对CaCO_3垢,介绍并比较了标准法、软件法、防垢剂评价法3种结垢预测方法的优缺点;对防垢剂的防垢效果评价方法进行了详细研究。
The hazard and mechanism of scaling on the surface of facilities in the offshore oilfields have been introduced. Based on the on-site practical experience, the advantages and disadvantages of three different scale-predicting methods, namely standard-based calculation, software prediction and antiscale agent evaluation have been compared especially for CaCO3-based scale. In addition, the evaluation for the effect of scale inhibition is studied in detail.
