新型钡(锶)阻垢剂CD-1的合成及性能评价 被引量:3

摘要 针对油田生产过程中地下储层、采油井井筒、地面油气集输设备管线内所产生的无机盐结垢对油田正常生产的严重影响,以顺丁烯二酸酐、丙烯酸、烯丙基磺酸钠、丙烯酸甲酯等为原料合成了一种新型阻垢剂CD-1。并考察了阻垢剂加量、温度、防垢时间及体系pH值对阻垢性能的影响。结果表明,在80℃时,阻垢时间为15h时阻垢率在90%以上,90℃时阻垢率仍可达85%以上。 In the production process of oil field, there will be the inorganic salt scale produced by the subsurface reservoir, the oil wells' shafts, the gathering and transportation pipelines of the ground oil and gas, which can influence the oilfield regular production. A barium sulfate scale inhibitor CD-1 was prepared by copolymerization of maleic anhydride, acrylic acid, sodium allyl sulfonate and methyl acrylate. The effects of the dosage of CD-1, temperature, time and pH value on scale inhibiting capacity were investigated. The result indicated that the scale inhibiting rate was above 90% at the temperature of 80℃ and the scale inhibiting time of 3h.The scale inhibiting rate was above 85% at the temperature of 90℃.
