摘要
由于长庆油田第一净化厂外输污水种类较多,且污水性质相差较大,若直接将其混合外输,将会导致管线严重结垢的现象,最终不能达到污水外输的目的,进而造成此净化厂成本提高。为此,需要对各种污水之间的配伍性进行深入研究,提出合理的污水外输方案,从而解决第一净化厂污水外输难题。
For the variety of external outputs of wastewater in ChangQing Oilfield first purification plant,besides their properties vary widely,if directly transport outward by mixturing,it will lead to serious scaling phenomenon in pipeline and pipeline will eventually be blocked,in consequences the cost of purification plant will rise remarkably.So we will need to study and explore the compatibility between the various wastewater,then propose reasonable advices that wastewater would transmiss outside and prevent scaling in the pipeline.
