摘要
本文综述了油气生产作业中常见垢的来源和形成机理,以及不同类型的除垢剂在油田中应用的现状。重点介绍了不同类型的化学除垢剂机理、研究成果和未来发展方向。盐酸是一种经典的化学除垢剂,大多数的矿物垢都可溶于盐酸。然而,盐酸不环保,会导致腐蚀,尤其在高温条件下需要使用添加剂来减少腐蚀,造成成本大大的增加。本文综述了几种替代盐酸的除垢剂,它们在油田除垢方面更为环保。这些替代品主要是有机酸和螯合剂,已被成功地应用于不同的领域。
This paper summarizes the source and formation mechanism of common scale in oil and gas production,as well as the application status of different types of scale removers in oil fields.The mechanism,research results and future development direction of different types of chemical detergents are mainly introduced.Hydrochloric acid is a classical chemical scale remover,most of the mineral scale is soluble in hydrochloric acid.However,hydrochloric acid is not environmentally friendly,which will lead to corrosion,especially in high temperature conditions,additives need to be used to reduce corrosion,resulting in a significant increase in cost.In this paper,several kinds of scale removers instead of hydrochloric acid are reviewed.They are more environmentally friendly in oil field scale removal.These substitutes,mainly organic acids and chelators,have been successfully applied in different fields.
