摘要
目的分析影响新生儿干血片G6PD筛查试验结果的相关因素。方法选取我院558例新生儿实施G6PD试验,分析影响筛查试验结果的相关因素。结果在打孔位置和性别方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是在不同的季节、标本留置不同时间段以及不同的分娩方式、温度高低、不同加酮试剂后仪器测定时间、血片是否去除方面差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温度、季节、分娩方式等因素均可影响G6PD试验结果,为提升干血片G6PD试验准确度,对筛查过程要逐步完善,做好相应的质量监控,降低负面因素的影响。
Objective To analyze the related factors affecting the results of G6 PD screening test for neonatal blood dried tablets. Methods 558 newborns were selected in our hospital to carry out G6 PD test, and the factors affecting the results of screening test were analyzed. Results There was no significant difference between in the punching position and gender(P > 0.05), but in different season, different specimens indwelling time and different delivery methods, temperature, different time after add ketone reagent instrumental determination, blood was obvious difference between removal, statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Factors such as temperature, season, delivery mode can affect the G6 PD test result, dry blood piece of G6 PD to improve test accuracy, the screening process to gradually improve, make corresponding quality control, reduce the impact of negative factors.
