葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶缺乏症与新生儿高胆红素血症相关分析 被引量:12

The correlation analyze of Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency and neonatal hyperbilirubinemia

摘要 目的分析2010年1月~2011年12月广西葡萄糖6磷酸脱氢酶(G6PD)缺乏症筛查情况、发病率及其与新生儿高胆红素血症的关系。方法对2010年1月~2011年12月广西筛查的新生儿,出生72 h后,采足跟末梢血制成干血滤纸片,用时间分辨荧光免疫法检测G6PD值。回顾性病例分析因黄疸收住我院新生儿科的287例患儿(2006-1至2011-12)。结果 2010年1月~2011年12月共筛查18 383例新生儿,筛查阳性病例1319人,G6PD缺乏症发生率为7.18%。其中男性10 403例检出阳性病例1136人,男性检出率10.92%,女性7980例检出阳性病例183人,女性检出率2.29%。287例高胆红素血症病新生儿,其中G6PD缺乏症所引起的病因占89例,占31%。发生核黄疸75例,29例(38.7%)为G6PD缺乏。结论广西是G6PD缺乏症高发区,且是新生儿高胆红素血症和核黄疸的主要病因。 Objective: Analyze the Screening situation and morbidity of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase(G6PD) deficiency in Guangxi(from 2010-1 to 2011-12),and the relationship with neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods: All date of the neonates were screened in GuangXi(from 2010-1 to 2011-12).Time-different immunodeficiency were used to test the consistency of G6PD in the filter with blood from the newborns heel after 72 hours.Retrospective analysis of 287 cases were admitted to our hospital neonatology because of jaundice(from 2006-1 to 2011-12).Results: From 2010-1 to 2011-12,a total of 18 383 neonates were screened,Positive screening cases were 1319 cases,The incidence of G6PD was about 7.18%,1136 males positive cases were detected from 10 403 males cases,male detection rate of G6PD deficiency is10.92%,7980 cases of women detected 183 positive cases,female detection rate of G6PD deficiency is 2.29%.287 cases of hyperbilirubinemia sick newborns,the cause of G6PD deficiency accounted for 89 cases,accounting for 31%.Kernicterus in 75 cases,29 cases(38.7%) is G6PD deficiency.Conclusion:Guangxi is a high incidence of G6PD deficiency area,and is a major cause of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia and kernicterus.
