摘要
为实现与企业零接缝,结合高职和成人高等教育以"适应岗位需要"的培养目标,分析了高职院校与成人高校间推行基于弹性学制学分互认的必要性,以期为高等职业教育与成人高等教育学分互认找到更合理的可执行模式和契合点,在此基础上,提出了弹性学制下两种教育形式学分体系构建的具体思路和建议。
In order to achieve the zero joint with enterprises,combining with the common cultivating objective of ＂meeting the needs of the position＂for higher vocational education and adult higher education,this paper analyzes the necessity of mutual recognition between higher vocational colleges and adult colleges and universities based on elastic learning,with a view to finding a more reasonable executable model and the contract point for education and adult higher education credit. On this basis,the paper puts forward some concrete ideas and suggestions for the construction of two education form credit system,On this basis,it put forward some ideas and suggestions about the construction of credit transfer system,which is of great reference to perfect the system of higher vocational education and adult higher education and promote the international cooperation and educational reform.
