摘要
机理建模热风炉燃烧期和送风期2个数学模型,差分方法解析求解其机理模型。采用子空间辨识的方法,分别求取热风炉燃烧期和送风期机理模型的状态方程,将热风炉间歇工作过程视为混杂系统,建立热风炉整个工作过程的混合逻辑动态控制模型,仿真研究动态模型与实际运行数据的对应关系。对比研究表明,动态模型能够更好的反映热风炉工作过程,达到热风炉蓄热和换热过程的充分而且平稳,可以指导运行中的热风炉,进行模型分析和优化设计操控方案。
This paper deals with the mechanism modeling for hot blast stove duration and blast cycle with different methods; obtains the state equations of the mechanism modeling by the subspace identification method; treats the hot blast stove batch working process as a hybrid system, then establishes a mixed logic dynamic (MLD) model of the whole working process of hot blast stove; correspondence relation between the dynamic model and actual running data is researched through simulation. Experimental research indicates that the dynamic model can reflect the hot blast stove working process exactly and make the process of heat storage and heat transfer sufficient and stable. The study's results can guide the working hot blast stove to analyze the model and optimize the control design.
