摘要 热风炉自动烧炉对于节约能源、降低人力劳动强度、延长使用寿命十分关键;针对某钢铁企业热风炉检测设备简单、易损坏的特点,通过热风炉燃烧的特性分析,建立了燃烧控制专家决策模型,它通过模仿人工烧炉经验制定燃烧控制策略,利用案例推理结合模糊修正补偿的方式优化设定空燃比,采用模糊专家控制器控制煤气流量,实现热风炉的自动燃烧控制;工业应用表明,系统投资少,运行稳定,适应强,取得增产降耗的显著功效。 The automation of burning control in a hot blast stove play a key role on saving energy, reducing labor and prolonging its oper- ational life, Considering its simple and brittle measurement devices in the hot blast stoves of a steel factory, the burning characters are ana lyzed. To perform automatic burning process, an expert decision model is proposed, in which a burning control strategy based on imitating human operational experiences and an optimal strategy of the air--to--gas ratio by case reasoning combined with fuzzy amend compensation are discussed and a fuzzy--expert controller to control the gas flow is implemented. Its industrial application indicates that the burning control system is less invested with good stability and adaptability. It increases the production of the blast furnace while reducing its energy consumption.
