摘要
为实现热风炉组高效地向高炉提供所需风温和风量,通过分析热风炉组燃烧期和送风期的操作制度与规则,并利用二维非稳态传热原理建立反映热风炉组热工过程的仿真模型;以单一热风炉模型为基础,研究在不同操作制度下热风炉组燃烧期、送风期计算方法,以及热风炉组单炉送风时的混风计算,使热风炉在燃烧过程处于最佳燃烧状态和送风过程提供稳定高风温。建立热风炉组热工计算系统,并以某钢厂热风炉为对象进行仿真试验,结果表明该模型运行符合热风炉实际工作情况,为操作人员对热风炉进行合理有效的控制提供指导。
In order to provide hot blast of required temperature and volume to blast furnace effectively,a simulating model for thermal process of a single blast stove was established based on two dimension non-steady heat transfer theory considering different operation rules in gas period and blast period.Algorithm of gas and blast periods for operation rules was proposed with blast stove group model,and mixed blast calculation was also considered for single blast stove in blast period.It can ensure blast stove keep optimum combustion in gas period and high temperature blast in blast period.A simulation system was developed to be verified in a steelmaking plant.The result shows it's accurate to perform the process of blast stove group and also provide guidance for operators.
