600MW机组低氮改造后降低事故喷水量的试验研究

摘要 某台超临界直流锅炉低氮燃烧改造后,事故喷水量较改造前增加了约15t/h,影响了机组的整体热经济性。通过对锅炉配风方式、运行氧量以及配煤方式等因素的试验研究,总结出降低事故喷水量的运行措施,指导运行。 After the transformation of the low nitrogen combustion of the supercritical boiler, the accident spray water amount is increased by about 15 t/h before the transformation, which affects the overall thermal economy of the unit. Through the experimental study on air distribution mode, operation oxygen and coal blending mode, summed up the operation measures to reduce the accident of the spray water volume and operation instruction.
