摘要 本文通过把光纤光栅感温特性应用在10 kV开关柜内部主要运行设备上,成功研制出全封闭式开关柜内设备的温度监测系统。该系统可将柜内主要设备的关键点温度实时推送到监控报警平台,使运维、检修人员能够随时在主控室、运维班驻地和监控中心查看开关柜内部主要设备温度及其变化趋势,可提高运维、检修效率,减少检修、非计划停运次数,为状态评价提供了参数依据,为状态检修提供了缺陷类型,从而实现了开关柜内部重要设备的状态管控。 In this paper, the temperature sensing system of switchgear is successfully applied in the main operating equipment of 10 kV switchgear, and the temperature monitoring system of the equipment in the enclosed switch cabinet has been successfully developed. The system pushes the key point temperature of the main equipment in the cabinet to the monitoring alarm platform in real time, so operation maintenance and maintenance personnel can check the main equipment temperature and the changing trend of the switch cabinet at the main control room, operation office and monitoring center at any time. It can improve operation maintenance, maintenance efficiency, and reduce maintenance, non-planned shutdown times which provide the basis for the evaluation of state parameters and the defect type for condition based maintenance, so as to realize the state control of important equipment of switch cabinet.
