摘要
针对目前高压开关柜过热故障进行分析,阐述了高压开关柜温度在线监测的必要性,对目前测温的方法进行了分类和对比,在此基础上设计了高压开关柜有源无线测温系统,包括硬件的选型和组装,以及无线收发模块和上位机软件的设计。最后对组装后的测试装置进行性能测试,装置性能良好,达到实时温度监测的目的。
First,the overheat fault of high voltage switchgear is analyzed,and the necessity of on-line temperature monitoring for the high voltage switchgear is elaborated. Then current temperature measurement methods are classified and compared,and on this basis the design of active wireless temperature measuring system for high voltage switchgear is introduced,including the selection and assembly of hardware and design of wireless transceiver module and PC soft-ware. Finally,performance tests are carried out on the assembled test device,which shows good performance and a-chieves the purpose of real-time on-line monitoring.
