摘要
针对配电设备点多、面广且易因过热导致引发严重事故的现状,设计了一种基于UHF RFID无源无线温度监测系统,阐述了该无源无线温度监测技术的工作原理及技术指标,并对其测温精度进行了验证,测试结果表明测温精度优于规范要求;设计了一种典型的无源无线温度监测系统架构,并通过研究电力设备的结构特点以及传感器结构形态,对两者进行了适配性设计,满足不同配电设备的测温需求;最后通过几个实际应用案例验证了该种测温技术优越性以及实用性。
In view of the current situation that power distribution equipment has many points,wide areas and is easy to cause serious accidents due to overheating,this paper designs a passive wireless temperature monitoring system based on UHF RFID,describes the working principle and technical indicators of the passive wireless temperature monitoring technology,and verifies its temperature measurement accuracy.The test results show that the temperature measurement accuracy is better than the specification requirements;A typical passive wireless temperature monitoring system architecture is designed,and through the study of the structural characteristics of power equipment and the structural form of sensors,the adaptive design is carried out to meet the temperature measurement requirements of different power distribution equipment;Finally,the advantages and practicability of this temperature measurement technology are verified through several practical application cases.
