摘要
本文首先从理论上较系统的描述了GaAs半导体光纤温度传感器的构成原理,并据此建立了有关的设计计算方法和技术。提出用LED耦合双尾纤的方法构成光纤温度传感系统,可有效解决长时间实时温度遥测的问题。文章还介绍了利用单板机实现数据采集的硬件和软件技术。这一研究成果使这种传感器具有多路智能化温度实时监测能力,向实用化阶段前进了一步。
The principle of the temperature sensor consisting of GaAs crystal opticl fiber is des-cribed in this paper Systematically. According to calculation results from formula of the dependence of edge absorption wavelength on temperature, LED light sources with suitable emitting spectrum for measured temperature range is selected. The sensor system constitu-tion technolgy is presented. Two tail fibers coupling to LED offer a sensing light and a reference light so as to reduce circumstance influence effectively.
The intelligent temperature monitorig system with eight sensors operated by a 801A single board computer can deliver real time measurement data in turn. The technology of hardware and software of the data acquisition system is described in detail. The tempera-ture sensor described in this paper has now entered a practical application stage.
