摘要
为详细了解秘鲁烧结粉的烧结性能,确定该矿对烧结产量、质量的影响,涟铜根据自身资源情况,制定了详细的烧结试验方案,并组织开展了秘鲁烧结粉的试验研究,以期达到合理使用秘鲁烧结粉、降低配矿成本、减少烧结矿质量波动的目的。经烧结杯试验研究及生产实践,确定该矿配比5%-10%对烧结矿产量、质量无大的影响,并可提高烧结矿的成品率、改善烧结矿的转鼓强度和低温还原粉化率,可以在烧结配矿中推广使用,同时可取得一定的经济效益。
For studying sintering properties of peru sintering powder in detail and then determining the influence of the powder on the output and quality of sinter, LY Steel, according to their own iron ore resources, formulates the detailed sintering test plan and organized to carry out the experimental study in order to achieve the purpose of rational using peru sintering powder, reducing the sinter ore matching cost and decreasing the quality fluctuation of sinter. Through the sintering cup test research and production practice, it is determined that when the ratio of per sintering powder in sintering mineral mixtures is 5%-10%, the impact to the output and quality of sinters is little, which can increase the sinter finished product ratio, improve the sinter drum strength and low temperature reduction degradation index. So peru sintering powder can he used widely in the sintering ore matching, and certain economic benefits can be obtained.
