水钢位于贵州省六盘水市,距离最近的铁矿石港口有近千公里,铁路运距长,运费高,使用进口矿成本高。贵州省属于铁矿石资源相对贫乏的省份,铁矿石贮量少,且相对分散,铁矿石品位低,矿石大多属于烧结性能较差的菱铁矿、褐铁矿。为充分利用这些资源,在烧结矿生产中大多配加菱铁粉,可以降低生产成本。但菱铁粉配比过高后,由于烧损大,烧结矿中形成大量的孔洞,会影响烧结矿强度。水钢通过大配比菱铁矿烧结杯试验研究,得出在大配比菱铁矿情况下,通过合理的配矿及烧结生产参数的调整,能够保证烧结矿的强度。所以,增大菱铁矿配矿比是可行的。
Suigang is located in liupanshui city in Guizhou province, about 1 000 km away from the nearest port for iron ore import. Railway transportation distance of import iron ore is long and the freight is high, so that the use cost of import iron ore is high. Guizhou is a province with relatively poor and decentralized iron ore resources. Furthermore, the grade of iron ore is low and most of iron ore is siderite and limonite with poor sintering character in Guizhou. In order to make full use of theses iron ore resources, much siderite powder is added in the sintering process to decrease the production cost. However, if too much siderite powder is added into sinter, the sinter strength decreases due to the large burning loss and a lot of holes arising. Through sintering cup test study with large proportion of siderite in Suigang, it is concluded that in the case of large proportion of siderite, the sinter strength can be guaranteed through rational ore matching and sintering parameters adjusting, so that it is feasible to increase the matching ratio of siderite.
