摘要
陕钢集团汉钢公司与必和必拓公司长期合作,将必和必拓公司生产的金布巴粉矿在其2×265 m2烧结机上进行了工业生产实践。其结果表明,烧结配加30%金布巴粉,通过采取低碳厚料烧结技术、调整水分控制标准、适当压料等措施,烧结矿各项成分、转鼓指数及冶金性能均能满足该公司生产技术的要求。
Hanzhong Iron & Steel Co. , Ltd. of Shaanxi Iron & Steel Group had a long - term cooperation with BHPbilliton. The Jimblebar blend fines of BHPbilliton was used in the 2 × 265m^2 sintering machines for industrial production practice. The results show that when 30% Jimblebar blend fines were used in sintering, the sinter composition, drum index and metallurgical properties can meet the technical requirements of the company through applying the technologies of low carbon and thick bed sintering, adjusting the moisture control standard, and appropriate sinter bed pressing.
