涟钢7号高炉冷却壁设计的改进

摘要 涟铜7号高炉于2017年3月30日-4月14日停炉中修更换了部分冷却壁。针对该高炉风口区冷却壁、铜冷却壁及炉身上部冷却壁的不同破损形态,重点分析了设计因素对冷却壁破损的影响,并对改进冷却壁设计以预防破损提出了相关的建议。 The No.7 blast furnace of LY Steel was stopped for medium repair from March 30 to April 14 of 2017, part of cooling staves were replaced. In this paper, based on different damage forms of blast furnace tuyere zone cooling stave, copper cooling stave and upper shaft cooling wall, the influences of design factors on cooling staves breakage were mainly analyzed, and suggestions of improving the cooling staves design to prevent breakage were put forwaM.
