摘要
配加蛇纹石和白云石的试验研究表明:采用蛇纹石调整烧结矿的MgO含量,当MgO由0.64%提高到2.5%时,烧结矿TFe从59.10%降到55.00%,转鼓指数有升高趋势,从64.42%提高到67.37%;添加适量蛇纹石可以提高转鼓指数。采用白云石调整烧结矿的MgO含量,随着白云石用量提高,烧结矿的铁品位及转鼓指数明显降低。冶金性能研究表明:添加蛇纹石或白云石时,烧结矿的低温还原粉化指标RDI+315mm、900℃还原粉化指标以及熔滴性能指标均良好。
The experimental results of sintering with addition of serpentine/dolomite show that as MgO content in sinter was adjusted by addition of serpentine, the sinter TFe content was decreased and the tumbler strength was increased with the MgO content increasing. Whereas adjusted by dolomite, the sinter TFe and tumbler strength were all decreased obviously. The metallurgicalproperty test result shows that sinter' s RDI, RI and meltdown property were all good both dolomite and serpentine.
