摘要
目的:探讨微信平台在手术室管理中应用的效果。方法:通过建立科室医护人员的微信群,及时将手术排程、护理排班、护理管理中发现的问题以及护理新业务、新知识与护理人员分享,达到无缝隙管理的目的。结果:应用微信平台后,医护双方对合作的满意度较前提高,加强了手供一体的管理,充分发挥手术室护士自主学习的积极性、主动性,使手术室护理工作更安全、更高效。结论:应用微信平台作为科室的管理模式,促进了手术室护士理论知识的学习,提高了手术室护理的工作质量,丰富了手术室护理管理模式,是一种有效的管理手段。
Objective：To explore the application effect of WeChat platform in the management of operating room.Methods：By building a WeChat platform among medical staffs,staffs could know surgical arrangements,arrangements on duty and problems on the working on time.On the other hand,nursing staff could show new nursing knowledge about theory and technology.Building a WeChat platform could achieve seamless management.Result：The satisfaction about the cooperation between doctors and nurses was higher when they used the wechat platform.The management of operating room and supply room was strengthened.It inspires staffs＇ the enthusiasm initiative of self-help learning.Then,it also made nursing work more efficient and safer.Conclusion：With Wechat platform as a department management model,it promote the learning of nurse theoretical knowledge and increase work quality of nurse in the operating room.It also enriches the management model in operating room.Establishing a WeChat platform is a effective management means.
