摘要
目的探讨骨科急诊无缝隙规范管理对护理纠纷发生率及护理质量的影响。方法根据护理模式将2014年5月—2016年5月我院骨科急诊收治的2137例患者分为对照组与观察组,2014年5月—2015年4月的对照组包括患者1062例,按照骨科急诊常规管理模式护理,2015年5月—2016年5月的观察组包括患者1075例,按照骨科急诊无缝隙规范管理模式护理,对比分析两组患者护理纠纷的发生情况。结果观察组护理纠纷发生率为4.09%,显著低于对照组8.38%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过无缝隙规范管理模式护理之后,患者的护理满意度由74.48%提高至92.56%,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。患者对护理的不满意主要集中在护理人员专业能力、护理态度、护士形象、讲解内容及紧急状况处理等方面,在以上方面,接受无缝隙管理的观察组均显著改善,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨科急诊无缝隙规范管理可以显著降低护理纠纷的发生率,还可以降低护理纠纷的严重程度,因此骨科急诊无缝隙规范管理值得临床应用以及推广。
Objective： To explore the effect of seamless management on nursing disputes incidence rate and nursing quality in the Department of Orthopaedic Emergency. Methods： On the basis of the nursing mode 2137,cases treated in Department of Orthopaedic Emergency in May 2014-May 2016 were divided into control group and observation group. From May 2014 to April 2015,1062 patients in the contro1 group received routine nursing management mode,while the observation group of 1075 patients underwent the management mode of nursing seamless from May 2015 to May 2016,and comparative analysis of two groups＇ dispute case was made. Results： In the observation group,nursing dispute was 4. 09%,significantly lower than that of control group,which was 8. 38%,and there was significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Through the improvement of nursing quality seamless,nursing satisfaction degree increased from 74,48% to 92. 56%,and there was a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The main reasons Patients＇ dissatisfaction were professtional ability,attitude,nursing nurse image,explain the content and emergency treatment,and the observation group,which underwent the management mode of nursing seamless was significantly improved in the above areas. The difference between two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Seamless management in emergency of orthopedics department can significantly reduce the incidence of nursing disputes and nursing disputes＇ severity. Therefore seamless management in the Department of Orthopaedic Emergency is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
