摘要
目的:探讨APN连续排班分层管理后护理交接班的流程管理和质量管理。方法:将护理交接班再造流程前后交接班时间、形式和内容进行比较。发挥护理组长的作用,实现护士分层级管理和护理质量持续改进的作用。结果:交接班时间由原来的40~50min减少至20~30min,交接班质量提高,医、护、患满意度提高,减少了APN排班大夜班的拖班现象,明确了不同层次护理人员在交接班活动中的层级作用,避免了交接班走过场现象。结论:规范交接班的流程,落实分层级管理,提升护理质量。
Objective:To explore the process and quality management of nursing shift delivery after the application of APN continuous scheduling grading management.Methods:The shift delivery time duration,form and content were compared before and after the reconstruction of nursing shift delivery.The nursing team leader played an important role to fulfill the grading management and continuously improve nursing quality.Results:The shift delivery time duration was reduced from original 40~50min to 20~30 min,and the shift delivery quality and the satisfaction of patients improved.The nigh shift delay of APN scheduling decreased.Every grade nurse had her own shift delivery duties to avoid the shift delivery becoming a mere formality.Conclusions Standardizing the shift delivery process can put the nurse grading management into practice and improve nursing quality.
