摘要
将现代化信息技术微信平台运用于手术室内部管理。通过建立手术室工作人员微信群,借助微信形式,将手术室管理中发现的问题、相关信息、手术室新知识等共同分享,达到无缝隙管理的目的。运用微信形式能充分发挥手术室成员人人参与管理的主动性、积极性,使手术室工作更安全、更高效地运作,有利于提升手术室护理工作品质。
Apply modern information technology Wechat to the inner administration in operating room. By setting up Wechat group among working staffs in the operating room, new problems and information would be shared in this Wechat group to achieve seamless administration, which could give full play for all working staffs in the operating room to voluntarily and actively participate in the administration. It is conductive to a safer and more effective running of the operating room as well as the quality improvement of relevant nursing work.
