摘要
复合调味料是由两种及以上调味料经过特殊加工方式配制成的调味料。对复合调味料的组成与分类进行了阐述,对复合调味料国内外发展历程进行了介绍。重点回顾了最近十年我国复合调味料的研发状况,同时介绍了调味料生产中引入的新技术及其应用。
Compound seasoning is prepared through specially processed with tow or more condiments,The article describes the composition and classification of compound seasonings,and introduces the development of compound seasoning at home and abroad. The article reviewed the recent 10 years compound seasoning development situation in China. At the same time,it introduces new technologies and applications in seasoning production.
