摘要
本研究采用中空纤维聚砜膜,对米醋进行超滤纯化.分别进行了单因素和正交实验,找到了不同操作压力下膜通量与时间的关系、不同进料液流量下膜通量随压力及随时间的关系,并进行了数学模拟.另外,还得出了优化的操作条件.对膜污染及膜通量的恢复问题也进行了研究,找到了合适的清洗剂及较好的清洗方式.实验结果为生产应用奠定了一定的理论基础,并具有一定指导作用.
In the study, the vinegar was purified by ultrafiltration of polysulphone membrane. The experiments in single factor and orthogonal were done, respectively. The relationship between membrane flux and operation time in different operation pressure is concluded. The relationships between membrane flux and operation pressure as well as time in different feed flux are given also. The regression equation of the pressure and time is obtained too. In the same time, the optimization operation parameters in the experimental conditions are found. At last, the membrane pollutlon and the renewal of the flux were explored. The suitable cleaner and the cleaning technique were chosen by some comparable experiments. The results establish some theory basis and have some guidance for application.
